Silver Audio is primarily a manufacturer-direct company. As such we operate under a heavily PRE-DISCOUNTED price schedule. All prices whether sold direct or through an authorized Silver Audio dealer are ACTUAL RETAIL as opposed to the traditional, artificially inflated "Suggested Retail" and are thus non-negotiable. This simply means all customers pay one low, fair price regardless of where they purchase Silver Audio's cables. Due to trade differences and import/duty costs, final price in most other countries will be somewhat higher in equivalent currency. ORDERING DIRECT Before ordering direct, please check our dealer list to make sure there is not a Silver Audio dealer in your location. Silver Audio accepts VISA, MASTERCARD, DISCOVER, AND AMERICAN EXPRESS. We thoroughly investigate ALL credit card orders and report all incidents of attempted fraud. Payment may also be made by check or money order. Personal checks must clear before your order can be processed. To order, simply call in Monday through Saturday between 9:00am and 6:00pm PST. All faxes are received on a dedicated, secure machine and receive confirmation within two business days. It is always best to follow up a fax with a phone call or email to ensure your fax was received legibly. 24 hour FAX Line is 619-312-0528 SHIPPING AND HANDLING Shipping and handling for packages under 2 pounds delivered via Fed Ex two or three day air is typically about $7.00 per box within the continental U.S. When possible, overnight deliveries are available for between $15.00 and $20.00. All orders are shipped Federal Express only, we cannot not ship via Postal or UPS. Silver Audio will not ship COD. (Many of our customers have their orders shipped to their work address for convenience). INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING All orders shipped OUTSIDE the continental United States are shipped via Federal Express International only. With Silver Audio’s bulk rate, international shipping charges typically range from $25.00 to $35.00 depending on the weight and size of the package. Customs and Import tax: In most countries, Federal Express clears shipments through customs themselves. The normal procedure is for Fed Ex to contact the customer prior to delivering the package. Fed Ex usually pre-pays duty tax and merely gets reimbursed from the customer when they deliver the package. Fed Ex does not charge any additional fee for this service. NOTE: Declaring a false value to cheat customs tax can cause a lot of trouble for everyone. Please do not ask Silver Audio to illegally declare false values on our international shipments, we CANNOT do it! We regret the import taxes assigned by some counties, but unfortunately, they are a fact of life in every country. RETURNS: Silver Audio confidently supports a no-questions-asked 30-day home trial period. In the event of a return, please contact us prior to shipping in case significant time elapses between ship date and receipt date. Returns must be received within 30 days from date of receipt and the product must be in re-sellable condition, that is undamaged. AUTHORIZED DEALERS: Silver Audio only accepts a small number of dealers as parallel effort to our own. Dealer price is the same as ordering directly from Silver Audio, and often slightly less due to savings in direct shipping cost. A reputable high-end audio dealer earns their living by maintaining a pleasant showroom/listening room(s) to visit at your convenience, stocks inventory, offers product education, technical advice, and a home audition program.
